These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reactific™ platform operated by Gostar Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our") at reactificgaming.com. By using Reactific, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reactific, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Platform

Reactific is a reaction gaming platform. The platform consists of:

The Open Court: Free access to gameplay with unlimited rounds, no account required.
The Competitive Court: Subscription-based access to leaderboards, ranked competition, Shot Clock challenges, score history, and other competitive features.
Reaction Training System: Free training games designed to improve reaction skills.

3. Accounts

To access competitive features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your password secure
Not share your account with others
Not create multiple accounts
Choose a username that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating another person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Competitive Court requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the subscription fee displayed at checkout ($9.99/month at launch)
Recurring billing on a monthly cycle until cancelled
Cancellation can be done at any time through the Stripe customer portal
No refunds for partial months after cancellation — access continues until the end of the billing period

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

5. Fair Play

Reactific is built on fair competition. You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any software to play the game or submit scores
Manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game data
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — report them to us instead
Interfere with other players' ability to use the platform
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform

Violation of fair play rules may result in immediate account termination, removal from leaderboards, and forfeiture of subscription without refund.

6. Leaderboards and Public Data

By participating in competitive play, you acknowledge that your username and game scores will be displayed publicly on leaderboards. Leaderboard data may be used in promotional materials, social media, and marketing for the Reactific platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Reactific — including but not limited to game design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is owned by Gostar Digital LLC. The following are trademarks of Gostar Digital LLC:

REACTIFIC SHOT CLOCK™
THE OPEN COURT™
THE COMPETITIVE COURT™

You may not use, copy, or reproduce any Reactific trademarks, content, or game mechanics without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Post or transmit offensive, illegal, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

9. Availability

We strive to keep Reactific available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

Reactific is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gostar Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access competitive features ends immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Reactific after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Estos Términos de Uso ("Términos") rigen tu acceso y uso de la plataforma Reactific™ operada por Gostar Digital LLC ("nosotros," "nos," "nuestro") en reactificgaming.com. Al usar Reactific, aceptas estos Términos.

1. Aceptación de Términos

Al acceder o usar Reactific, confirmas que tienes al menos 13 años de edad y aceptas quedar sujeto a estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la plataforma.

2. La Plataforma

Reactific es una plataforma de juegos de reacción. La plataforma consiste en:

The Open Court: Acceso gratuito al juego con rondas ilimitadas, sin necesidad de cuenta.
The Competitive Court: Acceso por suscripción a tablas de posiciones, competencia clasificatoria, retos Shot Clock, historial de puntuaciones y otras funciones competitivas.
Reaction Training System: Juegos de entrenamiento gratuitos diseñados para mejorar las habilidades de reacción.

3. Cuentas

Para acceder a las funciones competitivas, debes crear una cuenta. Aceptas:

Proporcionar información precisa
Mantener tu contraseña segura
No compartir tu cuenta con otros
No crear múltiples cuentas
Elegir un nombre de usuario que no sea ofensivo, engañoso o que suplante a otra persona

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar cuentas que violen estos Términos.

4. Suscripciones y Pagos

The Competitive Court requiere una suscripción paga. Al suscribirte, aceptas:

Pagar la tarifa de suscripción mostrada al momento del pago ($9.99/mes al lanzamiento)
Facturación recurrente en un ciclo mensual hasta que se cancele
La cancelación se puede hacer en cualquier momento a través del portal de clientes de Stripe
No hay reembolsos por meses parciales después de la cancelación — el acceso continúa hasta el final del período de facturación

Nos reservamos el derecho de cambiar los precios de suscripción con 30 días de aviso. Los suscriptores existentes serán notificados antes de que cualquier cambio de precio entre en vigor.

5. Juego Limpio

Reactific se basa en la competencia justa. Aceptas no:

Usar bots, scripts, herramientas de automatización o cualquier software para jugar o enviar puntuaciones
Manipular puntuaciones, tablas de posiciones o datos del juego
Explotar errores o vulnerabilidades — repórtalos en su lugar
Interferir con la capacidad de otros jugadores de usar la plataforma
Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o intentar extraer el código fuente de la plataforma

La violación de las reglas de juego limpio puede resultar en la cancelación inmediata de la cuenta, eliminación de las tablas de posiciones y pérdida de la suscripción sin reembolso.

6. Tablas de Posiciones y Datos Públicos

Al participar en el juego competitivo, reconoces que tu nombre de usuario y puntuaciones se mostrarán públicamente en las tablas de posiciones. Los datos de las tablas pueden usarse en materiales promocionales, redes sociales y marketing de la plataforma Reactific.

7. Propiedad Intelectual

Todo el contenido en Reactific — incluyendo pero no limitado al diseño del juego, código, gráficos, logos, marcas registradas y texto — es propiedad de Gostar Digital LLC. Las siguientes son marcas comerciales de Gostar Digital LLC:

THE OPEN COURT™
THE COMPETITIVE COURT™

No puedes usar, copiar o reproducir ninguna marca comercial, contenido o mecánica de juego de Reactific sin permiso por escrito.

8. Conducta del Usuario

Aceptas no usar la plataforma para:

Acosar, abusar o amenazar a otros usuarios
Publicar o transmitir contenido ofensivo, ilegal o dañino
Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a otras cuentas o sistemas
Usar la plataforma para cualquier propósito ilegal

9. Disponibilidad

Nos esforzamos por mantener Reactific disponible en todo momento pero no garantizamos acceso ininterrumpido. Podemos suspender temporalmente la plataforma por mantenimiento, actualizaciones o circunstancias imprevistas. No somos responsables de ninguna pérdida resultante del tiempo de inactividad.

10. Limitación de Responsabilidad

Reactific se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Gostar Digital LLC no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente que surja de tu uso de la plataforma. Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá la cantidad que pagaste por tu suscripción en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.

11. Terminación

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento contactándonos. Podemos cancelar o suspender tu cuenta a nuestra discreción por violación de estos Términos. Tras la terminación, tu derecho a acceder a las funciones competitivas termina inmediatamente.

12. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y la ley federal aplicable de los Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales ubicados en San Juan, Puerto Rico.

13. Cambios a los Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. Los cambios se publicarán en esta página con una fecha actualizada. El uso continuado de Reactific después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos revisados.
